The journey begins

Welcome to the first post of maciejonmoney!

I love talking about personal finance and how to make every dollar go farther. Many of my friends have asked if I have a blog where I share lessons on money I picked up along the way. I finally gave in and decided to share what I found out about saving and making your money work for you.

The purpose of this blog is to share tips on saving and investing money. Everyone can save more and invest it wisely. You do not have to be extremely intelligent or have a lot of time. However, you must be willing to learn and be diligent about implementing what you learn. Don't worry, it'll be fun. With the information from this blog you will be on your way to a richer life.

A little about me. I graduated from college two years ago, and now live in Boston, MA. I started saving when I was still a young boy in Poland and my grandparents gave me money for chocolate. Instead of buying chocolate, I put the money away and saved it. As I got older I learned more about how to save money and what to do with it. Finally the time has come to share the knowledge.
